There is no train station at the airport however, it is still easy to get from the airport to the central train station in Naples. You will need to board the Alibus from the airport to Naples Centrale Station and then board the train on the Napoli Garibaldi platform from Naples to Sorrento. This will take approximately 50 minutes direct into Sorrento Station and then it may be walking distance to the hotel. This is a local bus that runs directly from Naples airport, through a number of villages and onto Sorrento. This service is a small mini bus or at least it was when me and Ryan visited in February, but it does get busy due to the great price. You can pre-book this service on their website, although this does not guarantee you a space on board and if the bus is full when you arrive at the bus stop, you will then need to wait for the next. For the return journey, it will depart from the same place you were dropped on arrival. Both transfers can be pre-booked through most hotels once you book your stay and also through Holiday Taxis or Hoppa Go for anyone booking apartments. When searching for accommodation, please search both resorts for maximum availability. Some of the hotels are expensive and others, really reasonably priced. The place to get this is Davides, this place is lovely with fresh ice cream daily and lots of different flavours.
