However, being a busy mum of two under 2yr old I had it laying around in the car waiting to get to the post office to post it until one day a friend of mine saw it and asked why I wasnt using it when I explained that it didnt work she then proceeded to demonstrate how to fit it so my son doesnt escape. Since then not only do I feel guilty for leaving a bad review but I now love this strap and I can drive with peace of mind knowing my son is now secured in his car seat. Once again I apologise to the seller and thank you for a brilliant invention but for future reference please make you instructions more precise. When fixing to harness strap, push the paddings right back towards the chair and fasten high up to the collarbone not choking the child obviously and it will work perfectly. The product arrived in perfect time and in a good packaging. The buckle seems to not be able to hold the harness straps thickness and doesnt shut. Hence, I have a useless tool and I wasted my money. AND I still havent resolved the problem that I have with the security of my child. Not at all impressed! Really disappointing. The little blue cushion with a dinosaur on is a total pain to use, so you end up discarding it. The belt itself worked well for about 6 months and then just snapped. No extra pressure put on it. Just normal use. Really shoddy considering the price. I emailed the company three times about this but their customer service is appalling. Theyve just ignored me. Massive waste of money.
